At Rothesay Mercantile, every order is carefully packed by hand in the Kennebecasis Valley. We want your pieces to arrive just as beautifully as they left us.

Shipping Across Canada

We currently ship throughout Canada. Orders are typically prepared and shipped within 2–3 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing on the next business day.

Once your order is on its way, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation with tracking information where available. Delivery times vary by location and carrier and are in addition to our order processing time.

Free Shipping on Orders $75+

We’re happy to offer free standard shipping within Canada on orders of $75 or more before tax.

Free shipping applies to standard parcel shipping. Occasionally, oversized or exceptionally heavy items may be excluded from our free shipping offer due to carrier costs. Any shipping exclusions will be clearly noted on the product page before purchase.

For orders under $75, the applicable shipping rate will be displayed at checkout.

Free Local Delivery

We’re pleased to offer free local delivery with no minimum purchase for eligible addresses in Rothesay, Quispamsis, and surrounding communities within the Kennebecasis Valley.

If your address qualifies for local delivery, the option will appear at checkout. We’ll be in touch once your order is ready for delivery.

Order Processing

Orders are typically prepared within 2–3 business days. During particularly busy periods or holidays, processing may take a little longer. We’ll always do our best to get your order on its way as quickly as possible.

If an item in your order is unexpectedly unavailable, we’ll contact you as soon as possible to discuss your options.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

We take great care in packing every order, particularly ceramics, glassware, and other fragile pieces.

If your order arrives damaged, broken, or you receive an incorrect item, please take a photo of the item and its packaging and contact us at rothesaymercantile@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery.

We’ll work with you to make it right.
